An unassuming restaurant on the pretty Rue Garat, where young chef Ugo Padovan offers meticulously-crafted, modern cuisine, this is an address to keep in your notebook. For the past few years, Chloé and Ugo have been moving forward with simplicity and determination, their menu, which changes every month, adapting to the season: veal tartare xipister ail des ours, pork loin sweet potato spicy yoghurt kale, rice pudding with orange timut pepper and agastache, a sequence you can compose yourself à la carte, for around €50, or by letting the chef choose 5 courses for you for €60. A well-deserved first toque.
