With a view of the Notre-Dame-des-Pommiers cathedral in the center of Sisteron, the address enjoys a beautiful location, logically attracting crowds of travelers. If you have a reservation, you'll have the opportunity to discover Joan Sampietro's market cuisine, a good vision of the product that changes a little from the Provencal inns, a Mediterranean style with a welcome touch of modernity. On the menu, salmon accras, cherry tomato compote and siphon aioli, cuttlefish paella with fresh herbs, rack of free-range pork from the Hautes-Alpes, smoked Charentes green lentil mousseline, chorizo and asparagus, or a yellow and green lemon meringue tartlet. Service a little long that day, but very friendly.
