Chef's Restaurant Junichi IIda has made quite a name for himself in the good city of Pasteur. He has built up a loyal clientele over the last ten years, to the point where the catering service is also working extremely well for original, tasty dinners at home. At the table, Jean-Paul Jeunet's former second-in-command brings his culture and precision to every plate in this very Zen setting, offering a wide choice from a varied and strongly Japanese menu: assorted sushi, carpaccio of scallops, agé dashi fish fry, miso-marinated duck with soy sauce and sweet potato purée. Well-structured menus, very good, courteous and attentive service. Sake list and fine collection of local wines.
