Chef's Restaurant Junichi IIda runs one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the region, which is even more authentic in the beautifully decorated Japanese lounge. The chef's traditional cuisine is exemplary, offering a wide range of options: sushi, nigiri, maki, sashimi, gyozas, a slice of half-cooked tuna with caramelized soy sauce, julienne vegetables, grilled eel with sansho pepper, tofu and pak choï cabbage with miso and sesame, a lovely sesame crème brûlée. Good selection of sakes.
