Junichi IIda runs one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the region, which is even more authentic in the beautifully decorated Japanese lounge. The chef's traditional cuisine is exemplary, offering a wide range of options: sushi, nigiri, maki, sashimi, gyozas, a slice of half-cooked tuna with caramelized soy sauce, julienne vegetables, grilled eel with sansho pepper, tofu and pak choï cabbage with miso and sesame, a lovely sesame crème brûlée.
