This year, when we visited, the menus were simple, even basic, and half the slate was unavailable. The cuisine, too, was somewhat rudimentary (stuffed mussels, buglidicce, gnocchi caprese, polpettone). The talented young chef will no doubt be able to reorganize the business for the better by the time of our next visit. Alessandro Capone has closed his Ajaccio business at Les Mouettes, so will be able to concentrate on this address. And a catering business, Gusti & Sapori, is also waiting to be discovered.
