Description
Sponsored Right next to the magical Olméto (Bagni) baths, the Ettori family's table welcomes you "as if you were among friends". The warmth of the ambience and service blends with the freshness of the local produce and the authenticity of the local cuisine, all homemade. In addition to the famous wood-fired meat and fish grills (Grill), the Chef takes pleasure in concocting tripe, veal sauté, mussels fresh from the Etang de Diane and cannelloni with brocciu, among others. His tasty dishes are sprinkled with aromatic herbs picked from the restaurant's garden and accompanied by a selection of Corsican wines, of course. Whenever the weather permits, the Grill i Bagni's vast terrace, with its magnificent views over the Baracci valley and the village of Olmeto, is the place to be for fine gourmets. It's also the perfect setting for our Wednesday evening veal-on-the-spit evenings, from June to September: to be enjoyed to the strains of Corsican song. Paradise...
