The warmth of the ambience and service blends with the freshness of the local produce and the authenticity of the local cuisine, all homemade. In addition to the famous wood-fired meat and fish grills (Grill), the Chef takes pleasure in concocting tripe, veal sauté, mussels fresh from the Etang de Diane and cannelloni with brocciu, among others. His tasty dishes are sprinkled with aromatic herbs picked from the restaurant's garden and accompanied by a selection of Corsican wines, of course.
