This beachside restaurant, part of the Mondrian Hotel (formerly the Grand Hotel), offers yet another example of Italian chic. The business is well run, the menu as extensive as expected, enriched with a few traditional dishes to suit all tastes: antipasti, Apulian burrata, arancini, gnocchi with gorgonzola, lamb mouse confit with citron, beef cheek in red wine, chocolate tiramisu..
