Gastro and winstub complement each other perfectly, and fine dining reaches its zenith in a contemporary bourgeois setting with impeccable creations and well-treated noble products: pan-fried escalope of foie gras with morello cherry aspic, snacked sea bass with leeks and Colonnata bacon, Montbéliarde beef fillet with boulangères potatoes in a fine Josephine menu at €55.
