Gourmet Restaurant On the road from Cahors to Agen, this stopover in the heart of Quercy Blanc is a traditional regional stopover, where it's good to rediscover the terroir and local classics. Whether on the terrace in summer or indoors in winter, the pleasures never change, and continue to be served with great regularity. The chef, Frédéric Bacou, masters his subject, and deploys a taste of the country that we still love, that of laquered partridge supremes and celery cake, braised poularde supreme, almond milk, demi-deuil style, or braised wild boar haunch, sweet curry infusion, honey and grapes. Classic desserts.
