A beautiful 3* hotel set in this tourist area, not far from the eponymous lake, it offers the bucolic charm of the surrounding area, the comfort of these grand houses, and local cuisine that satisfies both tradition and execution. On the terrace under the summer tarpaulin, or indoors in the soberly decorated and carefully laid-out dining room, you'll enjoy a creamy fondant egg with bacon and 24-month Comté cheese, beurre blanc, a fillet of pike-perch with Riesling sauce and creamy risotto, a cordon bleu of poultry with Souleuvre tomme, a sweet cherry and flambéed grignotines.
