At the foot of the Sancy Massif, this beautiful hotel in the heart of the Auvergne is a mountain meeting place with a change of scenery. In this large house in the center of the village, you'll find the delicious flavors of chef Thierry Legouffe, who consistently works with tradition and local produce. On the menu, depending on the market, you'll find a crab verrine, a meat and morel puff pastry, a gourmet veal paupiette with grilled artichoke and truffle, not to mention the finest local cheeses.
