Sponsored Hotel Le Noirmoutier boasts a unique location on the island. With a bar open to all and 14 rooms, each with its own decor and character, the establishment claims to be an invitation "to get back to basics and focus on authenticity". The current owners of this former coaching inn have rethought the concept of the establishment and its restaurant, called L'Authentique. On the menu: authenticity, then, and good, very good indeed! Eggs "otherwise", fresh whole fish and grilled octopus are the culinary delights of guests staying at the hotel or not. At the table, let yourself be seduced by the beautiful antique crockery and enjoy 100% home-cooked cuisine made with fresh produce by Chef Paul Marie-Louise and his brigade. He adds his own touch of creativity to the "family home" spirit of this completely renovated establishment, which is a must-see for a meal or an unforgettable stay. Le Noirmoutier also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, with entrance fee.
