Gault&Millau's review 2025

A traditional atmosphere and a desire to do things right - two qualities that are palpable in this quiet hotel near the basilica. However, Richard Dornier is not resting on his laurels and compliments: his cuisine, while respectful of the terroir (feuilleté d'andouillette, bœuf bourguignon...) also knows how to get off the beaten track, with a good sense of finishing touches and presentation.
