Raviole gratin is the signature dish of this well-mannered hotel, conveniently located at the entrance to the town from Tournon. They are available with chestnuts and bacon, porcini mushrooms, goat's cheese and even salmon. Get off to a good start with a platter of charcuterie from the Ardèche region, and continue with the house classics: trout from the Andaure fish farm, homemade pike quenelle, free-range chicken stuffed with chestnut flour, in an atmosphere of fine regional tradition.
