Gourmet Restaurant Beware, an unusual establishment. Pascal Perino's universe revolves around chords, which is only logical when you come from a musical background. In the dining room, Olivier Derouetteau's "Grand Budapest Hotel"-style drawings of the place, along with samples of bottles and other culinary frames, plunge you straight into an old-fashioned bistro atmosphere. On the terrace, the old linden trees are linked together by colorful garlands that light up at nightfall, taking you right into the guinguette mode. In keeping with the setting, the cuisine is generous and homey, with specialties such as lemon fritters, marrow bones with salt crust, and frogs' legs with morels and vin jaune. The sommelier, Julien Petracci, is self-taught and has been guided by the owner, a great wine enthusiast. Here, too, we leave the norm behind, thanks to an incredible cellar of 1,500 different crus, with a marked focus on Burgundies and Côtes-du-Rhône... A desire to discover new talents who know how to bring out the best in their terroirs.
