It's the region's most reliable address, a perfect base for visiting the region and taking a trip to Bréhat, for example. Residents are well catered for, as the restaurant boasts two "toques", allowing them to savor a radiant Brittany, where prestigious products are worked with respect by an astute chef: foie gras with mango and apple chutney, langoustines and scallops with pumpkin velouté, abalone scallops and haddock risotto, fillet of beef and foie gras... The €57 menu concentrates all these riches, and the service is well applied.
