A practical and welcoming hotel, a table that is well kept, in the codes of tradition. The menu, despite its many regional references, is rather generalist, the plate is presented with effort and the focus is on the product and simplicity: charcuterie plate, chicken from Loué Vallée de Sarthe, entrecôte with pepper sauce, apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Drink jasnières by the glass or a jug from a spare cellar.
