Gault&Millau's review 2025

The city's gastronomic reference doesn't fail in its mission: classic dishes done well in a calm atmosphere with a touch of solemnity, everything is done with care in this serious establishment. And if the chef's delicate touch is applied to Baie de Seine scallops (in carpaccio) or Angus rib steak, it's also to showcase regional products, organic vegetables and eggs, and a rack of Ariegeois pork cooked at a low temperature with organic carrot rice. Fair prices (à la carte for €36), professional and efficient service.
