Description

Between Lyon and Roanne, at the gateway to the Beaujolais region, Charlotte Serraille and Benjamin Lanoë are continuing the story of the family hotel-restaurant founded in 1970 by Charlotte's grandparents. In this house steeped in history, the welcome is warm and sincere, true to the spirit of the Burnichon family. The 36 rooms, each with its own personality, invite you to relax. In the restaurant, flowers on the tables, wooden furniture and subdued lighting create a convivial atmosphere where traditional Lyonnais cuisine is reinvented with a bistronomic touch: home-cooked dishes (including the famous frogs), a generous buffet of starters, platters and tapas to share in the evening. All budgets will appreciate this authentic cuisine concocted with the finest local produce. In summer, the Mediterranean guinguette-style terrace offers a peaceful view over the vineyards. A gourmet and convivial stopover, where the terroir is savored and where you simply feel good.
