A pleasant stop in the Périgord Vert, with thoughtful, well-executed cuisine featuring authentic regional dishes—that’s exactly what we love to find: comfort and authenticity, combined with a touch of refinement and personality: pan-seared foie gras with rhubarb compote and red berries, chicken supreme and veal sweetbreads with foie gras, thinly sliced duck with apricots, spiced confit of lamb shoulder, and Vacherin cheese with red berries. A wide selection, beautifully plated dishes prepared with skill, and a regional and Bordeaux wine list.
