This large building with its renowned table always attracts fine diners from all over the département. Marc Tupin's technique and renown over twenty years in the business have a lot to do with it, and this artisan of the Jura region always has a lot to say. And he's right to do so, with his varied menus and tempting menu, such as the Menu Plaisir formula, which has its fans: the slice of veal as a cold starter with zucchini and summer truffle, morel mushroom and broad bean broth with wild garlic, strawberry and rhubarb with a creamy yuzu, while the Menu Gourmand at €50 is closer to the region. The cheese option with regional production (comté, morbier) is a good idea, and the cellar is rich in local vineyards.
