Selected On the banks of the Aube, a magnificent stone house from yesteryear, which since 1977 has been welcoming visitors, who come back for the charm of the châtelain and the elegantly reproduced traditions of the cuisine. The place has an appropriately bourgeois spirit, and you won't want to miss the classics, such as the millefeuille of foie gras fondant, Parma ham and smoked duck salad, lobster cannelloni with sorrel and whisky cream, wild boar confit 24h and redcurrant grand veneur sauce, tournedos Rossini, pain au lait, champagne mousse and maple syrup.
