In the heart of the vineyards, not far from the capital of Champagne, this beautiful 3* hotel defends its fine bourgeois colors, with its architectural elegance and culinary traditions. Seated on Louis XVI chairs, guests can relive the local terroir in its most gastronomic form, with snail petit pot, Monsieur Jean style, ray effiloché, crushed early potatoes and citrus butter, duck breast, maple syrup and pecans, three-chocolate sweet.
