A proud building on the outskirts of the village, a family-run business in good health, run with gusto by the Blanchet family. Comfort and tradition in both the hotel and the restaurant, where the cuisine blends well with the terroir, with a certain nobility, choice of produce and quality of execution. Jean-François, Maître Restaurateur, runs the operation with Vincent, while Marcel is in charge of pastries: duck foie gras terrine, lobster nage, roasted scallops with chestnut and chorizo, Charolais pavé with hearty jus, homemade profiteroles...
