On the banks of the Lot, a charming regional hostelry, with its sandstone house, traditional lines and pretty garden, and its fine bourgeois cuisine by Jérôme Munoz. The chef defends the flavors of the South-West, in a bistronomic style of a high standard, and allows you to rediscover the classic Quercy salad, with duck breast, gizzards, foie gras and rocamadour, velouté of ceps with walnuts and poached egg, scampi with arrabiata, grilled lamb chops and gratin dauphinois, the "Paris-Anglars". Suitable cellar.
