Alice and Corentin chose to settle in La Rochelle, a town on a human scale, to open their restaurant, Host, at the beginning of April 2025: a nod to their journey and meeting in England. In fact, Chef Alice sometimes draws inspiration from a few English culinary secrets... and also likes to add Scandinavian touches to her cooking from time to time. Creative and innovative, she works with a limited menu for lunch, offering fresh market produce. Ultra-fresh is the order of the day, whether it's fruit and vegetables from local producers or fish from the La Rochelle fish auction. In the evenings, customers are surprised by two tasting menus. Celeriac and hazelnuts are the basis of an original dessert by the chef... not to be missed when it's on the menu! At Host, you can come alone, in pairs or with your family, because the atmosphere here is just like at home. Corentin works in the dining room and is happy to guide customers towards an often atypical vintage. The duo excels in the art of entertaining. There's no doubt they'll soon have a loyal following!
