Chef's Restaurant It's one of the jewels of the Breton culinary scene, a Japanese-Breton blend of obvious symbiosis from one shore to the other. This same marine horizon drives Xavier Pensec to the exercise of knife and fish, proposing an exemplary omakase menu, at €178 (prices may vary according to auction prices). It's as much a moment of taste as it is a feast for the eyes, with the sushi master working at the counter in front of a small, privileged audience. The freshness and quality of the products, the chef's rare know-how and the gentle atmosphere make this one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area.
