The recent opening of the Hesya restaurant, north of Melun, means that lovers of fine meats can add a choice address to their address book. Co-founder and creator of the concept, Usen Ulucan wanted a chic venue with a menu open to "world gastronomy with Signature dishes based around meat". In the kitchen, chef Charly Camps works with prestigious breeds such as Black Angus, Rubia Gallega and the famous Wagyu beef, while drawing virtuoso inspiration from the flavors of Japan. A selection of Premium meats, matured on site, can be discovered à la carte or in five courses with the Experience menu. Don't hesitate to ask for advice! This gourmet offering is rounded out by an attractively priced daily special. The Hesya restaurant is distinguished by its elegant setting and cosy atmosphere, with armchairs and banquettes arranged under pleasantly subdued lighting, inviting you to relax.
