Romain and Carole Sauvage's restaurant is ideally located in town, with an attractive vaulted dining room reminiscent of the area's rich history. On the à la carte menu, the pleasures of the Périgord region are on offer in a well-composed market formula, with artichokes cooked twice and parmesan shortbread, lamb canon with spices and sweet and sour date paste, sweet potato palet and lemon tartar, pan-fried duck breast with chestnut honey and caramelized apples, and an iced peach soup with verbena. Good prices.
