Gourmet Restaurant A fine address from serial restaurateurs Carole and Imad, in partnership with chef Michel Portos, this natural setting pays homage to the South, with Franco-Mediterranean cuisine. Created by Ramzi Samar, the plates have a taste for travel, and the necessary technique to stand out: delicate zucchini flowers roasted in honey, zucchini cream with curry, cucumber and cashew nuts, a filet of snacked sea bass, green and white asparagus, carambola, lemon espuma, a filet of roasted duckling, carrot mousseline, tonka gel, pineapple caramel with soy and pineapple, a dessert of rhubarb with hibiscus juice, buckwheat crumble, vanilla cream, pistachio shortbread and ginger. Tasting menu €74.
