At the foot of the Eckmühl lighthouse, at the southern tip of Brittany, Corentin Ogor entices us to come and discover the iodized treasures of his small gourmet table. It's a white house as if at the end of the world, where we discover a true cuisine d'auteur, full of personality and quality. His plates are full of mastery and ideas, notably in this €75 menu with a starter of mackerel, peas, watercress, cooled fennel and Aquitaine caviar, white asparagus from La Torche, black garlic, parmesan and pata negra, peach return, green asparagus from Marion Quillet, artichoke and Nantes butter, or dark Mexican chocolate 66%, coffee praline and kremmig (cream and lambig). A pleasant choice in the cellar.
