Original Restaurant The Japanese inspiration suggested by the brand is there, in the composition of the cocktails, always inventive (try Mashiro with rice vinegar, sake and vodka syrup) but also, in part, in the very exotic small plates that can accompany them: crispy chicken marinated in Nikka whisky with soy sauce, salmon in tarragon cardamom gravlax, Japanese-style glazed pork ribs. There's always something going on, whether at the table or at the popular counter, in this lively neighborhood.
