A successful cocktail of modernity, relaxation and seriousness on the plate. To accompany the mixologist's rather elaborate compositions, ideas from all corners of the planet (Asia, in fact) with Korean fried chicken, Japanese-style glazed pork ribs, wasabi and miso beef tartare and pineapple and hibiscus cheesecake.
