Gourmet Restaurant A good bistronomic address in the heart of the city, where you can discover French-inspired market dishes with inventive combinations. The place is modern, warm and trendy, with natural materials, light wood, parquet, brick and vegetation. The cuisine is well renewed, with a tempura of green beans with mint, curry yogurt sauce and smoked comté, a fine tomato tart, smoked duck breast, cherry pickles and fine herb cream, a pig raviole, sesame pointed cabbage and ginger lemongrass broth, a mascarpone chantilly cabbage, coffee, raspberry, cherry, almond streusel and sorbet.
