In an atypical industrial setting, the two epicureans create a lunchtime menu and, each month, a carefully crafted seasonal menu comprising three starters, three main courses and three desserts. For example, butternut snack ravioli with parsley, spaghetti squash, vanilla and chili emulsion, hazelnut crumble, saffron-glazed monkfish with a bouillabaisse reduction with verbena, aïoli, Madagascar pepper croutons... Finely paired food and wine pairings will delight your taste buds! Local Corsican producers are listed on the menu for greater transparency regarding the provenance of the dishes served in the dining room or on the shaded terrace.
