Chef's Restaurant All is serious and pleasing in this warm and modern enclave of good taste next to the train station. The Bossés had set the bar very high, and the team in place has not wavered, ensuring a consistent liquid offering: modern, lively wine, a vast choice of bubbles, a truly well-explored region and a relevant selection of wines from all regions, arranged in ascending order of price. On the plate, a pleasant pâté croûte, unchanged from the menu, a good braised chuck with chicken sauce, and the pavlova yuzu verveine keep the bill at around €40 without glasses, which is still a good deal for these two toques.
