Chef's Restaurant This tasteful spot established its reputation some fifteen years ago. Alexandre Tessier has brought it into the modern era, in an attractive décor with the allure of a chic bistro, offering refined yet gourmet cuisine. On the slate, the compositions of the moment: white pike pudding and carp with gribiche sauce in homage to the brand, crépinettes of pig with green lentils from Puy, hare à la royale Carême style, before Quentin Gefray's delicious desserts, pistachio chocolate sobacha tartlet or pavlova lychee mango passion fruit.
