A beautiful contemporary restaurant lost on the moors overlooking the bay of Plouharnel, where young chef Charles Moreau has created a world of his own. His cuisine is local, intuitive and remarkably visually expressive. Discover carrots like sushi and furikake, white asparagus from La Torche with cockles and Jura yellow wine, Mediterranean-style yellowtail, lamb from Lanvaudan with oriental flavors, chaï latte and dulcey chocolate.
