Alexis and Alice Letellier, whom we had known for almost ten years at the helm of La Vielle Tour, just a stone's throw away, moved their restaurant in July 2025 to open Granica, leaving behind their charming 15th-century building, which imposed a number of constraints, including a fifteen-cover limit. The new premises, housed in a superbly renovated former barn, have enabled the team and capacity to expand, while retaining the spirit of the Vieille Tour cuisine and its two toques.
