Gourmet Restaurant It's the new, trendy address for getting to know the pulse of the resort. Marie and Guillaume run this competitive wine bar with its 500 references, loving nature and young winemakers, and not underestimating, thanks to their experience of the great houses, a plate focused on quality tasting, in a register open to the world and willingly veggie: breaded shrimps with wasabi and mint mayo panko, honey-roasted cauliflower with brown miso emulsion, toasted sesame and granola, Erquy scallops with smoked bacon-infused cream, pan-fried chanterelles with buckwheat soufflé, seven-hour lamb with homemade naan labneh harissa. Simple desserts, big skittles and lots of new discoveries.
