Gourmet Restaurant A bit of Marseille sunshine that Georgiana (Rouge 15/20) hasn't forgotten in this bistro, which she designs with a good team at the Hotel Chouleur. The room is tastefully decorated, with a splendid chrysanthemum mural, and if the menu is short, it has a very good spirit: the leek vichyssoise combined with the bull charcuterie dusts off a classic dish, the just-steamed shrimps bathe in an incredibly gourmet bisque and the beef cheek braised in red wine is tender to perfection with its large gnocchi. Good little regional cellar, desserts a notch below, pleasant but not very involved service.
