Chef's Restaurant This house, born under the sign of twins, is doing well. Maxime is in charge of the stoves and offers very personal gourmet cuisine with a land-sea tone. The ambiance is chic and refined, with just a hint of craziness in the paintings, whose colors and themes stand out against the discreet decor. The same inspiration can be found on the plates, with a classic base and unexpected accompaniments. Lobster, for example, is served with chanterelle mushrooms, a mushroom sabayon and raspberries for a welcome touch of acidity. Similarly, pork is paired with braised watermelon and gherkin, a daring dish that works well. The balance is subtle and the textures interesting. The cellar offers both top-of-the-range and affordable bottles, and the service is impeccable.
