Near the Forum, a regional and traditional restaurant that shows consistency and balance. There's a wide choice, and the "Tradition d'Arles" menu is very appealing, with the "broufade des mariniers", bull and anchovies like the "bœuf des mariniers", and an extensive menu that takes you from Camargue to Provence: bull charcuterie, aïoli, but also fondue, bourguignonne or savoyarde. Well-crafted desserts, regional wines at fair prices.
