For just €25 for lunch, Vincent and Lucia Seviller offer one of the best value-for-money menus in town, engaging market cuisine and service that's just right. The couple, who trained in the finest restaurants (Martinez, Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and Pic), have the right baggage, offering the perfect tartiflette-style egg, octopus à la galicienne, potatoes, spinach and pil pil sauce, sweetbreads with lemon confit and pommes paille, and an all-chocolate dessert.
