This is one of the port city's best-known addresses, not far from the station, which we love for its consistency, inventiveness and ever-warm welcome. Vincent and Lucia Seviller's experience, gained from working with top chefs and in top hotels, is always reflected in the precision of their service and gestures. The menu is always renewed with precision: a perfect egg, pumpkin curry and roasted almond emulsion; grilled octopus with binchotan, lacquered, sage polenta and market vegetables; Grenoble-style sweetbreads with market vegetables; brioche perdu, cardamom pear compote and chocolate sauce.
