Here is the true spirit of a restaurant owner just the way we like it—one that guarantees a warm welcome and excellent cuisine without getting lost in showmanship or frills. At Isabelle and Laurent Miremont’s restaurant, the essence lies in and around the plate, and everyone feels like a cherished friend from start to finish. As the seasons change, the menu evolves, always with the same commitment to quality ingredients prepared with care: cod rillettes and smoked trout with tagete sorbet and seaweed mayonnaise; pan-fried pork trotter patty with white radish chutney and pumpkin purée; soy and porcini reduction, dark chocolate dessert, cocoa cookie with salted caramel, and a peanut crisp and mousse—all part of a set menu for €41 plus a few additional items.
