An honest hotel restaurant for those who prefer not to stray too far from their room (the Mercure offers a beautiful view, but is still rather out of the way). You'll be able to follow the menu's current and fashionable ideas: watercress and anchovy tartare, perfect egg with oysters and country ham, cod with hummus, shellfish with turmeric, tom kha kai... Wine list in the same spirit, with no regional wines.
