For more than 20 years, the Genoese gateway has been home to the city's must-try restaurant. A charming dining room on the first floor and a terrace upstairs with a superb view over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. Traditional, family-style cuisine is generously prepared, such as octopus snack en persillade, eggplant cannelloni à la brousse, or aziminu, the Corsican version of bouillabaisse. Tourists love the regional dishes, such as filet de loup, linguine with gambas, brochettes de saint-pierre or tianu de veau, pork cheek with honey and chestnuts, and tagliata de boeuf mariné, not to mention Corsican charcuterie and cheeses.
