Behind this burgundy-colored facade, Fulvio welcomes us. The years go by, but this spot remains a must-visit for lovers of fresh, al dente pasta. Twenty-five different dishes: spaghetti alle cozze, linguine calamari, saltimbocca alla romana, tagliatelle al duo di salmone... To start, try the bresaola parmiggiana—a generously portioned plate—before sampling the malloreddus alla campidanese, a Sardinian specialty that will confirm you made the right choice, followed by tiramisu or mini limoncello babas. A small selection of Italian wines is available. The atmosphere is relaxed, with Fulvio always going out of his way to take care of his guests.
