This is the relaxed, convivial format of Maison Frenchie, here as a wine bar in the cheerful Rue du Nil. Standing at a table with friends, we come to enjoy tapas-style cuisine that never takes the easy way out, developing original, well-crafted ideas: bacon scones with maple syrup and crème crue, oysters, pickles, rhubarb salad and dill mousse, shrimp croque, crayfish stuffing and red Thai curry, roasted mackerel, leek purée, smoked mussel and cockle sauce, Culoiseau poularde contisée, wild garlic, Bordelaise sauce and asparagus, Frenchie banoffee. Well-stocked cellar (Stéphane Bak, Sylvain Pataille, Christian Binner, Castéra, Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot, Haute-Févrie, Pierre Usseglio...).
