A temple of fine home-style cuisine and an honest chef whose merits and consistency we have praised for years. In this cozy dining room, everything is smooth, professional, and well-executed. Everyone, from the kitchen assistant to the manager, knows their role and carries it out with dedication. Tasting menus ranging from €135 to €200 and an always-appealing lunch special to get a feel for the restaurant at an attractive price: white asparagus with yuzu confit, glazed line-caught fillet with celery extract, shellfish, and bone juice with soy and brown butter, or glazed duck with spiced honey and hibiscus, served with beetroot condiment. A classic, well-stocked wine cellar, organized and with expert recommendations.
