If we had to imagine a neighborhood table like those seen in the Sixties, it would be this Frangine with its particularly retro allure, adorned with a naturalness that erases any impression of fakeness. Behind the nostalgic decor, with its tiled walls, cane chairs and deliberately decrepit walls, lies a charming wood-fired kitchen that's practical and not at all shabby. For lunchtime get-togethers with friends, we offer mimosa eggs and smoked pike-perch, beef ribs with a good satay sauce and roasted grenailles, and baked apples with caramel sauce. Nice market menu in the evening.
