The highly publicized chef Francis Mallmann has his restaurant in the heart of the magnificent Château La Coste, specializing in meat dishes. Set back from the main square, the restaurant occupies a beautiful open space overlooking the vineyards, where guests can enjoy a menu centered on wood-fired cooking, featuring a flame-grilled rotisserie and a spectacular fire pit. The menu is crowd-pleasing, and the cuts of meat are exceptional: Mendoza beef empanadas, veal sweetbreads à la plancha with carrots, red apples, potato chips, and cilantro; Argentine entrecôte with chimichurri and mashed potatoes; asado beef ribs with romaine lettuce and grilled fennel, salsa criolla; and a dulce de leche flan. Remarkable wine selection and impeccable service.
