A charming bistro counter in the hotel setting, a chic way to enjoy lunch with an adapted formula at €39 in beautiful surroundings, with beignets and carrot velouté, creamy potato and fennel fish of the day, pappardelle with squash and smoked stracciatella, black forest... And great suggestions outside the formula, like beef Wellington or sole à la grenobloise.
